I have only had a couple of lessons with Amanda so far and I am absolutely loving it! Such a great form of exercise, it's a real full body workout! When I first I messaged Amanda she replied very quickly and friendly with a LOT of info about the classes which I thought was really good and professional! I joined the 6 week beginner course. I was scared at first but Amanda took it slow with us and guided us girls through it and after about 4 lessons I was upside down on the pole! She is so enthusiastic and encouraging it makes you give yourself that extra push. I love that you don't realise how much exercise you are doing because Amanda makes it so fun! I also love that the classes are for everyone, there are woman there who are 16-60 with all different body shapes, I have even asked my mum to come to classes with me! Amanda your doing an amazing job you are an amazing woman you make everybody feel welcome keep up the fabulous work!

Love the classes, really good exercise that's fun too, it's just so much easier to keep up than any other class I have been too (also had the best results!) Amanda is a fantastic instructor. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

The classes where far more challenging than I expected. The strength required for pole dancing is completely different to normal toning exercises, so the exercises done during the class really targeted my weakest areas helping me learn more about different muscles. Going to these classes has really inspired me and has benefitted my mind in wanting to get strong and fit. I would recommend pole fitness to anyone at any shape size or stamina level as the intensity can always be built up or made easier to progress further, thank you Amanda!
